1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Customers can cancel service requests up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund.
- If the cancellation is made after the technician has been dispatched, no refund will be provided.
- In case of service delays or unavailability of technicians, customers may request a reschedule or a full refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email at info@workclick.in with booking details.
- Approved refund will be credited within 7 working days through the original payment method.
- workclick is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have already been availed or completed are non-refundable.
- Any service where parts or accessories have been installed or replaced is non-refundable.
- Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for refunds.
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of the service has been completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of workclick.
